sitemap errore...

Ho creato la sitemap e l'ho caricata su google...andando a controllare riscontro questo errore:

"Formato file non supportato
Il file Sitemap non è in un formato supportato. Verifica che risponda alle nostre Norme Sitemap e reinvia."

Ho fatto la correzione che mi hai suggerito, ma l'errore che mi viene restituito ora è
"Spazio dei nomi non corretto
Nella Sitemap o nel file indice Sitemap lo spazio dei nomi non è indicato in modo corretto"
