Chrome e Firefox intepretano tutto il marquee e le tabelle annidate; IE no.
Ecco come lo vede erroneamente:

Come posso risolvere il problema?
P.S.
La parte che si muove č .:News:. ,negli screen č ferma per ovvi motivi :lol:

per quanto riguarda la larghezza delle colonne e quel marquee prova a specificare la larghezza che vuoi.
Tipo
width="50%" seu entrambe le <td> per everle grandi uguali.
e dai una larghezza anche al marquee
