fixare problema intl does not exist

Salve, ricevo il seguente errore:

quando vado ad installare un cms
che richiama il codice:

if (class_exists('Locale')) {
if (defined('INTL_ICU_VERSION')) {
$version = INTL_ICU_VERSION;
} else {
$reflector = new ReflectionExtension('intl');

deduco non esista l'estensione di PHP "intl"

come posso configurare e risolvere questo problema?
