authorization request PHP parameter "allow_url_fopen " in php.ini

I need to run a component that requires to be enabled allow_url_fopen parameter. I kindly ask that changing this parameter of PHP in the php.ini file. The Joomla component that requires enabling of this parameter is the component "Rentalot" for the management of the booking.
I request that this change is done either on the site luisamadonnatwo.altervista.org that on the site luisamadonnathree.altervista.org.
