Impostare safe mode off

Non posso che associarmi.
Ho provato a installare claroline www.claroline.org ma ho il messaggio che mi impedisce di scrivere il database: safe mode on, sembra essere una delle cause

preciso che con il comando CHMOD ho aperto tutte le restrizioni sulla cartella remota
