ho questo errore con un altro tipo di script

come risolvo ??
Che CMS stai usando?
Comunque l'errore è dovuto al fatto che non esiste il file Smarty.class.php nella directory public_html/smarty/libs.
Esiste davvero una cartella public_html nella root del tuo sito?

però non mi funziona quasi nulla del tipo per entrare nell area admin preso invio carica e mi ridà la stessa pagina... invece x caricare un video premo sul pulsante e non fa nulla
EDIT2 : http://testphp.altervista.org/smarty...arty.class.php il file c'è da ftp
invece con l altro script mi da questo problema
