Abilitare il mod_rewrite nel nuovo pannello

Salve ragazzi, sto installando un applicazione in php, ma durante l'installazione riporta:
Your web server doesn't support url rewriting. Please activate mod_rewrite module in your web server.

Nel vecchi pannello di altervista se non erro vi era l'apposita voce, ma ora come devo fare?
Posto anche il file .htaccess:
