Ciao a tutti, non riesco a far funzionare il plugin Revolution slider che ho acquistato.
L'assistenza del plugin mi ha notificato questo problema:

It seems that your server is restricting plugin from accessing the templates server. Kindly get in touch with your hosting providers and ask them to kindly whitelist following servers,

134.119.146.36 134.119.137.200
and Ports are 443, 80.

Kindly also ask them to make sure that your site is able to communicate with these servers.

L'ho fatto e salvato già due volte, ma sembra non avere effetti perchè continua a segnalare l'errore che vi allego

E' possibile aggiungere questi server alla whitelist?

penso che revolution slider sia utilizzato anche da molte altre persone

Ho ricevuto un ulteriore risposta da revolution slider:

The webserver is rejecting a wordpress function we use, to read out your domain name on activation process.

This function is blocked, maybe server wide and therefore our database is getting the "UNSET DOMAIN". After that you will see the "Purchase code invalid" error. Which is not true.

I tested it 10 times now with the same outcome.

So without the proper domain name, the code cannot be bound to the domain. And therefore you will have issues within the template library as there is a second check going on.

Why the code was going through and activated at first hand, i cannot explain. But it was clear that on first activation the "UNSET DOMAIN" was delivered too.,

Please get again in contact with the guys from altervista.org, where you site is hosted, and send them the content of this ticket here. They will have to allow the function to read out the domain name. Without this, the plugin won´t work properly. :(

We can send you some exported Templates, so that you can import them for usage. But this won´t work with addons, as they need also an activated system.
