Attivazione plugin envato elements

Buongiorno, ho installato e attivato il plugin in oggetto (envato elements) tutto regolare se non che quando faccio click sul pulsante per accettare le condizioni d'uso appare il seguente messaggio di errore:

"There was an error with the request: cURL error 56: Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT. If this error continues please contact the hosting provider for assistance."

Ho provato a abilitare le connessioni server to server dove tra le altre appare anche *.envato.com nella whitelist, come posso risolvere?

Se hai abilitato le connessioni server to server, non dovrebbero esserci problemi lato AlterVista.

Molto probabilmente si tratta di questo problema, vedo che ancora non hanno risolto. Puoi segnalarglielo?

Buongiorno, continuo a registrare lo stesso problema, sebbene su un altro sito Altervista sono invece riuscito ad attivare envato elements. Li ho contattati e mi hanno risposto così:

"It looks like your host provider is blocking outbound connections from you website that are needed. You will need to contact them and let them know you are using the Envato Elements plugin and it requires to communicate with the following urls:

https://wp.envatoextensions.com
https://bob2cnnvzm-flywheel.netdna-ssl.com
They should be able to give a quick solution with this information and let you connect so the plugin can work as needed.

Please keep us up to date with the outcome."

Qualcuno sa dirmi qualcosa?
