Togliere scritta sotto commento!

Ciao ragazzi, vorrei togliere la scritta in inglese che appare sotto la schermata quando clicco per scrivere un commento... Come faccio? Mi aiutate con il codice, togliendo la parte necessaria? Grazie! Vi lascio il codice della pagina degli articoli (Single.php).
