Yaml su altervista

Vorrei sapere se ci fosse la possibilità di attivare Yaml ( Wiki - PHP.net ).

Se libYaml non è ancora attivato su altervista, puoi comunque leggere e scrivere il formato utilizzando una normale libreria in php, ad esempio Spyc.
