Posso chiederti come mai necessiti di abilitare la modalità debug?

Certo, ho un plugin che mi manda in schermata bianca l'admin dashboard.
Ho scritto al forum di supporto dell'azienda che ha creato il plugin e mi hanno chiesto l'accesso ftp e l'attivazione della modalità debug per vedere cosa causa l'errore.
Come posso attivarla?
I messaggi di errore PHP su AlterVista comunque vengono mostrati di default senza modificare nulla; con WP_DEBUG possono essere abilitati anche i messaggi notice ed altri messaggi minori normalmente non utili per risolvere un problema di questo tipo.
Quindi non visualizzi alcun messaggio di errore? (se sì, quale?) Quale è il plugin con cui stai avendo problemi?

And i must delete the plugin from ftp in order to use wp admin panel again.
I already unistalled Buddypress and deactivated Ultimate Mmember but the problem still exist.

Dal team di supporto via mail mi sono stati chiesti i dati di accesso ftp, che ho già provveduto a fornire e mi è stato chiesto di attivare la debug mode perchè dovevano effettuare alcune prove sul con il plugin per identicare il problema. Quando gli ho scritto per avvertirli che non potevo attivarla mi hanno detto di chiedere al mio hosting provider, ossia Altervista ^^
Ti consiglierei di installarlo dal pannello "Plugin->aggiungi nuovo" e ricercalo da lì, senza caricarli tramite archivio zip.
Quale plugin necessiti? Ho provato "Photo Gallery by Supsystic" e funziona senza problemi.

Già provato vari metodi, sia tramite uploading sia tramite ftp, sia tramite aggiungi nuovo, il risultato è lo stesso.

Probabilmente mi sono spiegato male, non ho detto di caricarlo né tramite ftp né tramite upload.
Vai su Plugin->Aggiungi nuovo. Nella casella di ricerca cerca "Membership by Supsystic" (mi sembra sia quello il plugin che stai tentando di installare).
Trovato il plugin, installalo ed attivalo.
L'ho provato in questo modo e sembra funzionare.

è stata la prima cosa che ho fatto. Sono su altervista ormai da un decennio e su wordpress da 2 annetti buoni.

Posso sapere come attivare la debug mode così faccio controllare meglio a chi il plugin lo ha programmato? Così ci guardano, magari è un plugin che va in conflitto con il loro e sicuramente a livello di compatibilità me lo sanno dire meglio loro che lo hanno programmato. :)
