CSS Not Updating

Sorry if this is the incorrect place to post English help, but couldn't find any other forum.

My website is using a CSS stylesheet but when I make changes to that CSS, it either doesn't get those settings or takes hours for the website to reflect those changes.

Is this intended or am I doing something wrong?

Please use the international support forum next time.
Your website uses CloudFlare, a caching CDN. Whenever you change a static resource you may need to empty CloudFlare's cache to see the changes.
Usually it's better to enable the development mode from the CloudFlare page in the Resources section of your AlterVista control panel, that will disable CloudFlare cache for three hours.
