plug-in UpdraftPlus Received HTTP code 403 from proxy

Il plug-in di wordpress chiamato UpdraftPlus Backup/Restore
non riesce a connettersi nella nostra cartella dropbox.

L’errore è: Dropbox/Curl error: Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT

e anche:
Errors occurred when trying to connect to UpdraftPlus.Com:
UpdraftPlus.Com returned a response which we could not understand (data: s:26:"Destination host forbidden";)
Occorrerebbe mettere nella white list l'indirizzo alla mia dropbox, è possibile farlo?

Purtroppo dal log c'è ancora qualche blocco sul firewall.

Updraft ha analizzato il log di errori e ci scrive:
Are you sure that you are not still blocked, e.g. by a firewall?

There are a lot of things like this in the log, which suggests that no network communication with Dropbox is getting through:
3849.235 (9) Dropbox chunked upload exception: Operation timed out after 30002 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received

Su che porta stai tentando la comunicazione? Su AV sono permesse solo la porta 80 (HTTP) e 443 (HTTPS).

Only port 443 is needed. This appears to be open, as UpdraftPlus is reading your Dropbox account details (line from log):
Dropbox quota usage: normal=21.4 Mb, shared=1645.8 Mb, total=3584 Mb, available=1916.8 Mb
I have read the log, and I think that Altervista has a network proxy which is still doing something that modifies the traffic when the upload is attempted. i.e. The communication to Dropbox is not unmodified. Is it only Dropbox you have trouble with - or will one of the other options work?

Il plug-in UpDraft funziona correttamente su un server di test su cui abbiamo fatto delle prove.
Non è nostra intenzione cambiare host, ma questo plug-in che abbiamo acquistato, vorremmo poterlo utilizzare se possibile.
Fateci sapere se ci sono le basi per darci supporto, oppure no. Grazie!
