Hai percaso ripristinato un backup fatto con una versione più vecchia di quella attuale?
Sì, probabilmente è quello, adesso rifaccio tutto da capo, ciao.
EDIT: Credo di aver capito il problema... praticamente il forum cerca dei temi che non ci sono più e non si visualizza (ho dovuto cancellare e reinstallare tutto)... come posso fare?
FunCool: Non fare UP, usa il tasto Edita.
Entra in phpMyAdmin dalla sezione tools del tuo account, clicca sull'icona SQL a sinistra ed esegui queste query:
Codice:UPDATE phpbB_config SET config_value='1' WHERE config_name='default_style'
Con la seconda query farai tornare a subSilver tutti gli utenti che hanno modificato il loro tema predefinito.Codice:UPDATE phpbb_users SET user_style='1' WHERE user_id != '-1'

Ti mancano le tabelle phpbB_config e phpbb_users.
Prova a controllare che i nomi delle tabelle siano esatti (maiuscolo e minuscolo).
Si, errore mio, ho per sbaglio inserito la seconda b maiuscola.
@Slam: il prefisso delle tabelle è phpbb_ vero?
Se all'installazione non le hai modificate e usi phpbb vanilla si, in ogni caso controlla direttamente da phpmyadmin...

EDIT: Ho risolto mettendo forum al posto di phpbb_.
