Problema Htaccess

Salve, utilizzo XAMPP per poter provare il mio sito web, solo che rispetto al precedente non mi legge piu il sito web, in pratica leggendo su internet quello che mi da problemi è il file htaccess quindi non so come risolvere in pratica.

in config.php in $baseurl ho inserito il percorso che apro con apache ovvero "localhost/social/"

mentre questo è il mio htaccess

Qualcuno sa dirmi qual'è l'errore ?

Cosa significa non ti legge più il sito web? Posta uno screenshot oppure un link all'immagine del tuo schermo verso il tuo sito..
Dal pannello altervista gestione file il file .htaccess non da errori? Prova con un altro browser ... Probabilmente il problema è la compressione e browser obsoleto..
PS puoi provare anche anteponendo # # (commentare) tutte le istruzioni di header... Procedi per gradi se fai tutto in una volta non capisci dove sta l'errore.
