[drupal] perenne errore 404

Buon giorno altervista.
Tempo fa misi il sito offline ma nella rimessa "in onda" del su detto sito,
mi ritrovo con alcuni comportamenti strani di drupal.
Bene il portale drupal è accessibile da qui:
http://atterzolivello.altervista.org/byAT/
Premetto di aver abilitato in passato i Clean URLs
volendo quindi andare qui:
http://atterzolivello.altervista.org/byAT/node/28
mi viene visualizzato un errore 404 (su una pagina esterna al portale drupal)
invece se ci aggiungo ?=node....
il tutto funge..
http://atterzolivello.altervista.org/byAT/?q=node/28
il problema è che avendo abilitato i clean urls.. ogni link nella home page è posto
senza ?=
come ad esempio http://atterzolivello.altervista.org/byAT/node/28
quindi in toto ogni pagina del sito risulta inaccessibile tranne se nell'url non si aggiunge manualmente ?=
Come potrei risolvere il problema?
Nel caso potesse rivelarsi utile vi lascio il file htaccess
della cartella /bAT
