Problema "Host Error"

Ciao, sto riscontrando un problema di "Host Error" pertanto da più di un'ora il mio forum non è raggiungibile. Ho controllato lo spazio hosting ed ho consumato soltanto il 15%. Il problema potrebbe essere riconducibile al CloudFlare? Devo fare io qualcosa oppure il problema sarà risolto dal Provaider? Grazie.
